About the practice
Reclamation Advisors is an individual advisory practice led by Dr. Brian C.B. Barnes.
The practice supports Black leaders, educators, founders, ministers, creatives, and community-rooted professionals navigating questions of identity, purpose, leadership, and responsibility.
Conversations draw on Black intellectual traditions, history, and lived experience to examine inherited assumptions, explore possibilities, and identify thoughtful next steps.
